    Kaylene from CA Asked

We are staying in a good neighbor hotel behind Disneyland. Can we take the monorail into Disneyland on our magic morning day?

    Hiya, Kaylene!

Fifty years after its debut in Disneyland Park, the Disneyland Monorail continues to be an iconic attraction at the Disneyland Resort. I love riding this futuristic train between Tomorrowland and the Downtown Disney District station. Guests with valid theme park admission that includes  Magic Morning early entry access to Disneyland Park, including those staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel, are definitely welcome to ride the Monorail into Disneyland during Magic Morning. However, it may be worth noting that attraction start times are often staggered during that Magic Morning hour. This could delay the arrival of the first Monorail train to the Downtown Disney District station. You may just find that your time could be maximized even more by walking the additional one-half mile to the main entrance turnstiles. By arriving early at the main entrance, you’ll be allowed to enter the park and be granted access to select attractions in Tomorrowland and Fantasyland from the moment Magic Morning begins.

I love early mornings in Disneyland Park. With fewer guests and cooler temperatures, it’s my favorite time to experience as many ride attractions as we can. Then, in the afternoon, we try to take a break at our hotel or catch a few relaxing entertainment options, such as Mickey and the Magical Map. We often take the opportunity to park hop over to Disney California Adventure Park. This Summer at Disneyland Resort is a great time there. I’m excited to experience Soarin' Over California, available for a limited time this month. And "Tale of The Lion King" combines musical rhythm and compelling storytelling to bring a classic movie to life right before your eyes.

I hope you have a magical time, Kaylene!
