    Hi Jessica --

I love the Safari Celebration Dinner!  You and your family are in for a real treat.

Do you have parkhopper tickets?  If so, I would recommend spending my morning in the Magic Kingdom or Epcot.  That way you'll be able be able to go back to your resort for a break without feeling rushed or like you've spent the majority of your day on a bus.

If you don't have park hoppers, I have 2 suggestions:

    1. Consider an early breakfast at Tusker House in the Animal Kingdom.  It's a character dining with Donald Duck and friends and the buffet is delicious.  This way you'll be right at Animal Kingdom when the park opens and can enjoy a few hours before heading back to your resort around lunch time.  Even if buses are running a little late, it will still give you a nice block of time to relax.
    2. Consider a late start.  Have a nice, late breakfast at the Grand Floridian and maybe play at the pool for awhile.  Then head off to Animal Kingdom around lunch time and plan on staying for the duration.  This way you can enjoy the afternoon parade before heading off to your Grand Gathering.
Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
