We are staying at Fort Wilderness Cabins in 11 days (yay!). I am going to ship some items to the resort that we do not need to take on the plane (diapers & our crock pot). Is there a post office or a way to send them back home at the end of our stay?

    Hi there JoAnn!

I just returned from a magnificent stay at the cabins and just like you, I mailed some items down prior to our arrival and shipped them home on departure day!  The friendly staff at the Fort Wilderness Outpost will be able to accommodate you in shipping a package home, but sometimes larger boxes are hard to come by. It's a good idea to keep the box that you ship those items in in, so it can be reused to ship the items back home!

When you're ready to checkout, simply pack the items into the box and take it up to the Outpost.  The Cast Member on duty will be able to help you tape up the box and can even arrange for FedEx shipping right there!  No need to search for a Post Office!  Easy Peasy!

    Best Wishes,
