We are staying with family 1 mile away from Disney. Our boys, 2 & 4 have strict dietary needs so we will be packing and bringing along their lunches. Do you have any recommendations as to the best places in the MK for us to relax and enjoy this meal?

Here are a few places you could relax and enjoy your packed lunch in the Magic Kingdom:

Sleepy Hollow Refreshments has tables outside. You will find this location when entering Liberty Square via the hub in front of the Castle.
If it is hot outside and you need a break from the heat, find seats in the Pecos Bill Cafe in Frontierland.
For a picnic, head to Tom Sawyer Island and find a bench in a quiet spot or shaded seating would be nice at Aunt Polly's Dockside Inn.
The benches near the train station in Toontown are often available and the boys could watch the trains come and go during their meal.

Unfortunately the other lovely places I would have recommended have now been designated as smoking areas.
