    I am staying at the dolphin at the end of May for a work conference. I have tickets but can’t make fast passes because the only reservation number i have for the room says it’s invalid. Do they send another one when it gets closer?

    Hi Katie!  

    I love planning every part of a Walt Disney World Resort trip, but one of my favorite things to do is reserve my FastPass+ selections!  Once I do that, I really feel like the vacation is getting close!  Depending on how your reservation was booked, you may not have the actual Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number for your stay at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.  Sometimes, when third parties are used to make a reservation, the confirmation number you receive is the number that works with their system, not Disney's.  Also, it sometimes takes 24 to 48 hours for the system to process reservations before they can be linked, so that may have been your problem.

    If you still can't link your resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account, and the confirmation number you have been given begins with the letter "O" or the letter "C," try entering the confirmation number again without that letter.  If that still doesn't work, you should contact the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel at 800-227-1500.  They will be able to find your reservation in their system and give you the official Walt Disney World Resort confirmation number, which you can then use to link your reservation to your My Disney Experience account.  Once your reservation is linked, you can begin making your FastPass+ selections online or on the My Disney Experience mobile app!
