    I am staying at Disney World in September , will the hotel get me an item from a Park that I want to purchase even if I do not go to that park? We want another hat from Animal Kingdom like we bought there in April but will not, be going to AK this time.

    Hi Lainie,

    I recommend that you begin by calling Merchandise Guest Services at 877-560-6477 and select option 1. You can order items that you can find in the parks by calling that number. Since you have one of the hats already, they may be able to use an item number on the tag inside the hat to help locate it. If that doesn't work, I recommend that you speak with the concierge at your resort and see what they can do to help you get the hat while you are down there. If all else fails, there is a store located outside of the gates at the Animal Kingdom (you won't have to use a park ticket to go inside). You could head over there and see if they have the hat at that location or if they can have a Cast Member assist in getting it for you.
