We are staying at a Disney resort but purchased tickets through my employer that we have to pickup when we arrive will we be able to link our tickets to our Magic Bands ? Thanks Cathy

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Cathy ~

Are you too excited to sleep yet?!

If you haven't already, go ahead and set up a My Disney Experience Account online. I would also suggest downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you have your Walt Disney World Resort hotel confirmation number, you can link that to your account.

Since you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, you should receive your MagicBands prior to your trip. Once mine arrive, I always take the time to confirm that our MagicBands are linked on My Disney Experience.

When you arrive and pick up your theme parks admission cards, you can immediately link them by using your My Disney Experience mobile app. Here's how:
    * When you open the app, you should see a circle in the lower center of the screen with the character you've chosen as your avatar character. Click on that circle.
    * You should now see "Park Info & Entry". Select "My Tickets".
    * At the top where it says "Tickets and Passes", click on the + symbol in the blue circle located in the upper right corner.
    * Then select "Link Tickets & Passes".
    * Next select "Link to Account".
    * From there you can manually type in or scan the ID code on the ticket.

If you have any problems getting your tickets to link, go to a Guest Relations location and they can assist you. After you get everything linked, you can immediately start looking at availability for FastPass+ selections.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
