    We are staying at CR in a club level room from 12/16/11 until 12/23/11. I want to order the Mickey's Grand Welcome but I don't know if it can be delivered to the room before our arrival. I want it for when we first walk in. What can I do?

    Hi Tanya! Sounds like you're planning a spectacular Walt Disney World vacation for your family! Since you're staying on the club level at the Contemporary, I recommend that you contact the Itinerary Planning Office there and ask that they arrange with the Disney Florist to have the Grand Welcome waiting in your room when you arrive. One of the wonderful perks of staying club-level is the pre-trip assistance you receive from the Itinerary Planning Office, which can help you with dining reservations, special events, tours, and gifts. You've probably already been contacted by them, but if you haven't, you, as a club-level guest there, can contact them by email at Contemporary.Itinerary.Planning@disneyworld.com.
