We are staying at the Colorado Springs Resort. Will i have to drive to get into the parks or will i be able to take the bus? Also, how do i get to take advantage of the magic hours? Any recommendations for 3 year old girls? Thanxx!

    Hi Nichole,

We stayed at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort when we accompanied our nephew on his first trip to Walt Disney World.  He was just a little younger than your daughters at the time and he loved this resort.  Just wait until your little ones encounter the Mayan ruin-themed Dig Site pool.  It's such a fun place to swim and play!

As a Disney resort guest, you can take advantage of many types of complimentary transportation.  You can take a Disney bus from your home resort to any of Disney's theme parks, water parks, or Downtown Disney at no charge.  If you do decide to drive to any of the Disney theme parks, you can park for free.  Just be prepared to show your Key to the World card (your room key) or a parking placard provided when you check in at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.

You are also welcome to take advantage of morning and evening Extra Magic Hours.  If you check the theme park schedules at www.disneyworld.com, you will see before you arrive which parks are offering Extra Magic Hours during your stay.  To take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, simply be prepared to present your Key to the World card along with your theme park passes when you enter the parks.

As for what three year old girls will enjoy at Walt Disney World, where do I begin?  There is so much that will delight them!  Be sure to stop by Town Square Theater to visit with Mickey and the Disney princesses.  Plan a character breakfast at a location like Chef Mickey's or the Crystal Palace.  (Call 407-WDW-DINE to make reservations).  Visit Disney Junior - Live on Stage! at Disney's Hollywood Studios.  Tell us a little more about your daughters' interests and we can make even more suggestions. (We love follow-up questions!)

Wishing you all a truly magical vacation!
