Hello! Staying at CBR 6/2-6/10 with 6 day ticket (1 park per day). Thinking of adding WP&M this visit. Can anyone recommend an itinerary considering weather and crowds (our last visit was in Feb). Family of 5 (2A, 3boys 15, 9, 6). Thanks for the help

Welcome back! I love planning Walt Disney World Resort Vacations. Let's try and get the most fun in during your stay.

We have traveled many times in June and the weather is sunny fantastic. You should expect pop-up showers and potentially a lightening storm. Lightening storms are swift and all Guests will be asked to exit all water attractions until the storm passes. Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach Water Parks are both full day parks if your kids love the water. With short trips, I typically plan a morning at the water parks and save our FastPass+ reservations for the evening time where we can relax through the theme parks to enjoy the fireworks and parades. I have mixed it up below.

I use online crowd calendars like and to help me choose the best dates to travel to Walt Disney World Resort. As the summer goes, the beginning of June is a great time because northeastern schools are still in session keeping crowds lower. Since you are coming from California I expect you will arrive/depart late. Let’s get to it!

    6/2- Arrival Day - Downtown Disney/Disney Quest
    6/3- Magic Kingdom Park
    6/4- Epcot
6/5- Disney’s Hollywood Studios - Star Wars Weekend
6/6- Water Park and Miniature Golf
    6/7- Disney’s Animal Kingdom- Extra Magic Hours(AM)
    6/8- Water Park(AM) Any Park(PM)
    6/9- Magic Kingdom Park
    6/10- Departure Day - Miniature Golf/Downtown Disney

    Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
