Caribbean Beach Pool

We are staying at cbr, can we bring our own pool floaties?

Hello Laurene!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I remember vacationing at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort over 20 years ago with my parents and the "Spanish Citadel"-themed pool area still stands in my memory as an Endlessly Magical experience. Shutters

When using any of the pool areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort, guests are free to use a provided selection of complimentary life vests or to use any wearable flotation devices that they bring to assist them while frolicking in the pools.

As far as "pool floaties" are concerned, I have seen guests use them(as well as flutterboards) in the Quiet Pools at various Walt Disney World Resorts, but cannot recall seeing Guests use them in any of the Main Pools. While I have contacted a Cast Member and confirmed that "pool floaties" are not prohibited as per the Pool Rules for Walt Disney World Resort Pools, I recommend that you inquire with a Lifeguard at the Pool of your Walt Disney World Resort when you arrive at the pool.

My feeling is that "pool floaties" would be allowed if the Main Pool is not too busy and they are not a nuisance to other Guests, but that you may be politely asked not to use them otherwise.

While at Disney's Caribbean Resort, your young scallywags may be interested in the Pirate Adventure Cruise that sails out of Barefoot Bay several times a week or the Specially-themed Pirate Rooms available at the Resort.

    Have a Splash-tacular Vacation!
