We are staying at the Caribbean Resort and would like to have breakfast at the Kone Café at the Polynesian. Would we be able to use their Bus transportation to get us then to Typhoon Lagoon.

    Hi Lorna!

I have to say, your plans sound divine! Waking up at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, amidst beautiful palm trees, sandy beaches, and calming steel drum calypso music playing softly in the background is a wonderful way to start the day.

Following that up with Breakfast at Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and now you've really got my mouth watering! Kona Cafe just happens to be my absolute favorite place for breakfast in all of Walt Disney World. While the Tonga Toast is definitely the crowd favorite on the menu, I highly recommend the Big Kahuna, which comes complete with eggs, bacon, ham, sausage, fruit or potatoes, french toast, and, last but not least, the most amazing light and fluffy macadamia nut pineapple pancakes. And pressed pot Kona coffee! Are you hungry yet, because you definitely want to bring your appetite!

After you finish your delicious breakfast, you will definitely be able to use Disney's complimentary bus transportation to take you to Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. I am a huge fan of Typhoon Lagoon. In fact, it would seem that you must be following a game sheet from my Disney Vacation playbook because I would describe your plans as an absolute perfect trifecta of Disney vacation goodness!

After catching some waves at the Surf Pool, be sure to take a nice relaxing float down the lazy river at Castaway Creek. And don't forget two of my favorite raft rides - Crush 'N' Gusher and Gang Plank Falls, a giant family raft ride.

It sounds like you have a wonderful itinerary on the horizon for your next trip. Wishing you a most magical upcoming vacation!
