Hi there. We are staying in Camp Wilderness in our camper soon and have dining reservations at the Contemporary that I think may be too late for my son. He is 6 years old. What are my childcare options? Thank you.

    Hi Melissa!

The Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World are wonderful!  My son would rather play there than go to dinner with us most of the time.  They are for ages 3 to 12.  The two closest to you are Cub's Den at the Wilderness Lodge and the very newly renovated Club Disney (formerly the Neverland Club) at the Polynesian Resort.  The price is very reasonable and even includes dinner for the children if you are there at dinner time.  I cannot say enough great things about the clubs.  Advance reservations are suggested and you can make them by calling 407-WDW-DINE.  If you'd like more private childcare, we have used Kids Nite Out.  http://www.kidsniteout.com/  This is one on one babysitting and they come right to you.  The only reason why we chose Kids Nite Out over the Children's Activity Centers was because my daughter was only 2 at the time.  She will be 3 on our next trip and we plan on using the Sandcastle Club at the Beach Club Resort.

    Have a magical day!
