We will be staying in the cabins at Fort Wilderness in May. Are there extra charges for things like horseback riding, boat rides, etc. that are shown in that area.

    Hi Linda,

The Cabins at Fort Wilderness are one of my family's favorite Disney destinations.  There is so much to see and do at the Fort that you almost (I said "almost") don't need to go to the parks!  Guided-trail horse-back riding, pony rides and carriage rides are just a few things.  There is an additional charge for these activities.  You can make reservations and get current pricing by calling 407-WDW-PLAY (939-7529).  However, there are many activities for which there is no additional fee or charge, including nightly campfire and sing-along with Chip and Dale, watching the Electric Water Pageant stream by and watching movies under the stars on the resort's beautiful grounds.  For more information on all there is to do at Fort Wilderness, please click HERE.

    Have a wonderful time!
