We are staying at the Boardwalk Villas in November. I was just wondering if there is a coffe pot in our 2 bedroom unit. Will we have to buy our own coffee or does the resort supply it?

    Hi Deborah,

Yes, you will have a 10 cup coffee maker.  I called DVC membership to confirm the coffee provided, and you will be given a starter package that includes one decaf and one regular coffee as well as assorted sweeteners/powdered creamers.  If you'd like additional packages, you can request them; but there is a charge of $3 per packet (subject to change).

Since I'm a fussy coffee drinker, I prefer bringing my own coffee, filters, and to-go cups.  This way I know what flavor to expect and can measure the coffee to reflect how bold I'd like it.  With the long days at the parks, I'm serious about my caffeine fix in the morning!  And I have to tell you how lovely it is to sit on the boardwalk early in the mornings sipping coffee watching the area "wake up" in the morning.

Just an fyi, we often ship ourselves a package of items such as coffee, sunscreen, etc. so we don't have to take up valuable luggage space. If that is something you'd like to do, please send me a question by clicking here and I'm glad to help by sharing the information on sending packages.

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a wonderful trip!  --Kara
