Staying at BLT 1 bedroom villa for first time. I notice that a vacuum is included in the room amenities. Does that mean we won't get housekeeping services?

    Hi Debra,

I have not personally stayed in Bay Lake Tower, but I hope to do so soon.  On the outside, it looks to be a beautiful resort and it's in a great location; you can walk to the Magic Kingdom in under 10 minutes.  However, I have stayed in several other Disney Vacation Club (DVC) properties so I'm going to assume it's the same.

If you are paying money to stay at a DVC resort, then you get daily housekeeping service.  It's included in the price you are paying for the unit.  However, if you are staying on DVC points at a DVC resort, then you don't get daily service.  But if you are staying on DVC points and it is important to you, daily housekeeping can be arranged and paid for at time of check-in.  The exact price varies depending on the type of unit you are staying in.

    Have a magical vacation!
