    Tammara from PA Asked

We are staying at Bay Lake Tower 8/24-8/29 are we able to participate in the recreation activities at the Contemporary Resort such as the campfires?

    Hi Tammara!

It looks like your trip is getting close, so you must be getting excited! You are going to love staying at Disney’s Bay Lake Tower. In terms of location, I think it is one of the best resorts on property. Magic Kingdom is just steps away, while a quick Monorail ride will whisk you off to Epcot or one of the fantastic dining options located at other Monorail Resorts.

As a Guest at Bay Lake Tower you may absolutely participate in all the activities offered at both Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower. You should receive a calendar of events that covers activities at both locations when you check-in. The evening campfire and movie under the stars are family favorites for us. It’s a great way to have a relaxing night at the resort. My insider tip would be to pack some insect repellent for nighttime activities. In my experience, on summer nights near Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon a little insect repellent can make the evening more enjoyable.

Have a magical trip to Walt Disney World, Tammara. Let me know if you have any additional questions, we are here to help!

    Happy Planning!
