Staying at the Aulani resort this month which was booked using points. Have a few questions. 1. How often is the room cleaned? 2. Can I get more shampoo if it runs out before next cleaning? (trying to pack less) 3. Is there a hair dryer in the room?

    Aloha Robert!

You are getting so close to your upcoming summer vacation at Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa in Ko Olina, Hawai‘i! You must be so excited! My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Aulani in March and we simply can't wait to return. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Robert, as you booked your vacation using Disney Vacation Club points, if you are staying seven or fewer days, you will receive complimentary Trash & Towel Service on Day 4 of your vacation. "Mousekeeping" will collect trash, provide fresh towels, and replace toiletries (including shampoo), facial tissues, toilet paper, detergent, and coffee supplies. For stays of eight days or more, you receive a full cleaning, towel and toiletry replenishment on Day 4, with Trash & Towel Service provided again on Day 8. Additional shampoo is available for purchase at the Resort (don't forget your 10% Member discount!) or you may instead wish to bring some from home.

I am pleased to confirm that a full-sized handheld hairdryer can be found in all rooms at Aulani. Hopefully that will free up some room in your suitcase!

During your stay at Aulani, be sure to take advantage of many other Member Benefits available for Disney Vacation Club. During our stay in March, we participated in one of the Chef Demonstrations with Aulani's award-winning pastry chef, Ron Viloria. It was not only highly entertaining and informative, but super delicious as well!

Robert, I hope this information is helpful as you countdown to your Hawai‘ian vacation in tropical paradise at Aulani!

    Mahalo!
