We are staying atthe AOA ane we do not fly out of MCO until 445pm... what time to we need to take that Magical Disney Bus back to airport?

Hello Amy and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such an important question about your upcoming stay within the magic and wonder of Walt Disney World Resort.
I can just imagine how super excited you must be feeling about staying in the larger than life themed Disney's Art of Animation Resort!  My top unmissable feature for you to check out whilst staying in this awesome Resort are the free animation drawing classes which at present take place most days in the Resort Lobby area; to participate simply enquire at the artist station or at Lobby Concierge for an up to date times guide.
When I visit Walt Disney World Resort with my own family we love the sheer convenience of taking Disney's Magical Express both on arrival and for the sad or as we call it tragical ride back to Orlando International Airport.  I'm happy to share that thankfully Disney takes all the guess work away about timings for departure.  On the day prior to scheduled check-out Guests should receive a transportation notice which is delivered direct to their Resort Hotel room which clearly notes the exact time and place where Guests should board Disney's Magical Express. Generally speaking Guests can expect Disney's Magical Express pick-up time to be around 3-4 hours prior to their scheduled flight times.
It may also be helpful to know that select Disney Resorts and airlines participate in a Resort Airline Check-in service for Guests departing from Orlando International Airport.
    Have a great Disney day.
