Check in at Disney's Art of Animation

We will be staying at the art of animation and wondering about a nearby fitness center, jogging path and massage.

    Hi, Katie!

You are going to love Disney's Art of Animation Resort. Its whimsical feel and theming will have you immersed in the magical world of all things animation. You are also a guest after my own heart with your question - as a fitness instructor and completer of over 50 runDisney race events, keeping up with my workouts/training is a must, even while on vacation.

As a value-level Walt Disney World® resort hotel, Disney's Art of Animation Resort does not offer an on-site fitness center; resort hotels on-property that do offer fitness centers, are reserved exclusively for guests of that resort. However, you will find an official New Balance Running Trail that offers running paths between both Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's Pop Century Resort, allowing you even more mileage by adding both loops, connected by the Generation Gap Bridge.

When you're ready for that massage, you'll be able to book at either of Walt Disney World® Resort's two locations:

Senses - A Disney spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort
Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort

I hope you find this information useful in planning, Katie. Please let me know if you should have any additional questions regarding your vacation, or maintaining your health & wellness routine in the most magical place on earth.

    Happy Training!
