Staying at AoA and attending MNSSHP. Will we get back to the resort sooner after the party if we drive or if we use the Disney bus? Also, I know the party starts at 7pm but how soon can we enter the park? I've heard 4pm.

    Hello Lisa!

Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is going to be so much fun!  I still get chills every time I see The Headless Horseman ride down the streets of Magic Kingdom Park.  Whenever I've attended MNSSHP, we've entered MK at 4pm with our party ticket.  It's great to use that time to eat dinner or experience a couple of attractions so we're ready to focus on the awesome party offerings at 7pm.

We prefer to drive to the theme parks on our vacations.  We like having the quiet, comfortable space of our own vehicle at the end of the night, and it does often save us time over waiting for the buses.  That being said, the one time we do use the bus transportation is when we're visiting Magic Kingdom Park.  Guests driving to MK must park at the Ticket and Transportation Center and board either the monorail or the ferry boat in order to get to the gates of MK.  The resort buses bring you right to the gates, so no other transportation is necessary.  We've found taking the bus to MK from our resort is quicker, even if we have to wait a few minutes for the bus to arrive.

I hope this helps, Lisa.  Please let me know if you have any other questions!

    Boo!
