have stayed at Port Orleans Riverside, loved the food court there for breakfast in the morning, omlettes, pancakes, french toast etc.is the food court just as good at the French Quarter?

    Hi Pat,

The food court at Port Orleans Riverside is great isn't it, my daughter actually has a slight obsession with the make your own salad station there, at least it's healthy I suppose :-)

The food court at the French Quarter sells very similar foods at breakfast to Riverside with lots of different platters including eggs, sausages, french toast, omelettes etc. You can see the full list on the dining pages of www.allears.net I'm sure you will be just as happy with the food on offer there as at Riverside. They do have one item that is only available there and is definitely worth trying and they're beignets. These are delicious fried puffy dough covered in powdered sugar, although extremely messy to eat they're so yummy and we often make a special trip to French Quarter just to buy some!

Have a great trip and enjoy the food,
