Hi!! Stayed at FWCabins for Halloween...amazing decorations. Loved the resort, staying there again this August. What type of decorations can we expect in the summer? We weren't as prepared as we should have been. :) Thanks for all you do!

    Hi Jodi-Ann!

Isn't Fort Wilderness great during a holiday?  You should visit during Christmas time.  The decorations are incredible!  Last December, two campsites merged to make a Christmas walk thru.  That's dedication!

There will always be campsites that are decorated year round.  In fact, you will probably see some of the same campsites with the same decorations during your August visit.  Most of the decorations I see during non-holiday times are character blow ups and tons of lights.  It seems like most of the participating campsites are located towards the marina, but it sure is fun to take a joy ride through all of the loops to find some unique things.  My favorite campers have the entire Walt Disney World resort set up under their trailer, complete with monorail.

    Have a magical day!
