If we stay at the Swan or Dolphin, can we make reservations at the restaurants in the parks? I understand we can’t get a dining plan, but I would like to make reservations through our park tickets online.

Hey, Sara, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with this question, and I'd like to share some other fun information with you. Any guest visiting Walt Disney World Resort can make Advance Dining Reservations. Theme park tickets are not necessary to book the reservations but will be needed if you plan to enter one of the theme parks to reach your dining destination. You can begin making Advance Dining Reservations 180 days in advance. There are some dining locations that have all available spots scooped up quickly, so Be Our Guest and make those reservations as soon as possible! There are some amazing restaurants within and in close vicinity to the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts. My favorite reason to stay in that area is the ability to pop into Epcot each evening for a meal around the World Showcase.

Sara, staying at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts also offers you other great benefits. Guests of these resorts are able to complete their FastPass+ selections up to 60 days in advance of their visit. This is such a great benefit as it could help you score some extra magical FastPass+ for popular attractions like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Be sure to link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account so that you can make those FastPass+ selections as soon as possible. Guests of these two resorts are also eligible for Extra Magic Hours, giving you more time for more fun.

I hope this information helps you get started on planning your visit, Sara. Please let us know if you have more questions as you continue to plan.
