    Cynthia from VA Asked

Do you have to stay in a Disney Resort to participate in the Dining Plan?

    Hi Cynthia!

Unfortunately, the answer is "yes".  You have to stay in a Disney owned and operated hotel to participate in the Disney Dining Plan.  It is considered a perk for Disney Resort guests.  Sorry!
