Hi we are going to stay at Disney sPopCenturyResort in july in a preferred room . I already finished my online check in. I was only able to request the 50s or 70s section, not the 60s. Do you know why? Kind regards from Troms/ Norway

    Hello, Katrin,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I'm so excited to hear about your summer trip to Walt Disney World, especially since you are coming all the way from Norway! My husband and I stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort right before the holidays and already have reservations again there for later this year.  There is something so charming and nostalgic about this resort.  We love exploring the mementos from previous decades in the lobby, especially since we remember so many of them being part of our lives!  But what we really like now is the addition of the Disney Skyliner that transports guests from the resort to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot.  The ride is so peaceful, and the views are amazing.  You may feel as if Tinkerbell sprinkled you with pixie dust to help you fly!

I am not sure why you were not able to request a room in the 60s buildings when you did your online check-in as the preferred rooms are in the 50s, 60s, and 70s buildings.  If you are hoping for a room in the 60s building and don't have one upon your arrival, I'd encourage you to stop by the front desk to inquire about the availability of one.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if we can help with any further questions. -Kara
