Which station of the WD Railroad is easiest to access by ECV? As I know ECV's cannot actually go on the train, I was still wondering about getting to the ride entrance with one. My DH remembers stairs as part of the access to the railroad. Much thanks.

    Hi Kim ~

We love to kick back and take a relaxing ride along the Walt Disney World Railroad. While all three of the stations are handicapped accessible by ramp, the station located in the Storybook Circus area of Fantasyland provides the easiest access in my opinion. You board from ground level at this station so you won't have to navigate a steeper, longer ramp to the second floor to board.

If the member of your party traveling in the ECV is not mobile enough to transfer to a regular seat on the train, they should have a wheelchair available at each station that they can transfer to for the ride around the park. If you need the wheelchair, please keep in mind that the space for wheelchairs is limited so you may have to wait for more than one train for availability. Also, only one member of your party may sit with the Guest in the wheelchair and the rest of your family will be asked to sit in regular seating. Sometimes you get lucky and there is seating nearby and other times they may have to sit further back.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
