Starting to think about our dinning plans for our trip to disney in September. Are there any restaurants in either Epcot or magic kingdom that if you planned the time right gives you a good viewing of either parks fire work displays?

    Hi Kerry-Anne!

Congratulation on your upcoming Walt Disney World trip!  We loved visiting the theme parks and resorts during September.  We found that crowds tend to be lower, and the weather is more favorable for guests enjoying the entertainment and attractions!

You will find a few restaurants in Epcot that will allow you to enjoy a view of Illuminations: Reflections of Earth.  The best seating can be had at Hacienda de San Angel in the Mexico pavilion.  The restaurant is situated on the waterfront, giving guests an unobstructed view of the evening spectacular.  At Rose and Crown, in the United Kingdom pavilion, guests can enjoy outdoor dining and a front row seat to Illuminations.  You will have to ask your server if you can wait for an outdoor table.  Also, Chefs de France offers window seating, which face World Showcase Lagoon.  The view here is quite lovely, and the food is delicious!

In Magic Kingdom, Crystal Palace will offer you the best locale for Wishes viewing.  You can ask for a window table, but it is not a guarantee.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
