We are starting to plan our next WDW vacation and the grandparents will be joining us this time! If we book on separate reservations, can we still book dining together or would they have to book separate dining and would we be sitting together?

    Hi Kolby ~

A family vacation with the Grandparents is always a lot of fun!  They love seeing the magic of Disney through their Grandchildren's eyes.

There is no need to make separate dining reservations and you can make dining reservations for all of you.  I've found it much easier when one person in the party makes all of the dining reservations for everyone under one name.  That way you will ensure you all get the same reservation time.

Typically, they will seat all of your party together.  Occasionally, when we've gone as a large party they may split us into two tables next to or very close to each other.  That sometimes works out better than one long table for visiting.  However, most of the time we are all seated at one table especially if there are 6 or fewer members in our dining party.

Remember, you can make dining reservations beginning 180 days prior to your trip. I'd recommend that you start booking as soon as possible to get the best selection of dining times. You can make reservations through the link shown above or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

Please feel free to keep the questions coming.  It is our pleasure to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
