When will they start taking reservations for the Dessert Party on Tomorrowland Terrace? We are staying the week of Nov.20 through Nov.26. Is this event part of the MVMCP ticket, or a separate event?

    Hi Delores,

The Walt Disney World Resorts at the holidays are so magical. Currently, the calendars for the Dessert Party on the Tomorrowland Terrace is only open up until July 2011. When talking to the cast member at Disney Dining, they advised me to have you call back at the end of August to check if the calendar is open so that you make your reservations to see fireworks and eat delicious desserts in the Magic Kingdom.

The Dessert Party on the Tomorrowland Terrace is a separate event. You will need a ticket to the Magic Kingdom as well to attend this party. You can call them at 407-WDW-DINE when you want to make your reservation.

In general, this party is usually not offered when Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is held as Mickey serves sugar cookies and hot chocolate throughout the Magic Kingdom to his guests.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
