Star Wars! My boys 7 and 9 are Star Wars fans and are looking forward to meeting new characters when we go in 2 weeks. What are the best tips to find Star Wars characters at Hollywood studios? Oh and we are Disney visa members if there is anything speci

By using the Force, Rita Jo, I shall share with you all the galactic treasures that Disney’s Hollywood Studios has to offer.  Behold: the wonders of the movies!

Disney's Hollywood Studios is most certainly Star Wars headquarters, with Trials of the Jedi, a free Jedi “training” program for ages 3-12.  It’s incredibly popular, so make your way to the Indiana Jones Outpost for signups first thing in the morning. You can also find personal meet and greets in the Star Wars Launch Bay (Chewbacca will be there roaring away… and he give GREAT big fuzzy hugs!) as well as movie memorabilia and more! You may catch Captain Phasma and her troops patrolling in front of the Plaza… but be careful - my son tried to use the Force against them and they weren’t phased at all!

After you ride Star Tours, you can visit the Disney Visa® Credit Cardmember Star Wars Character Experience - currently featuring Kylo Ren! Be sure to bring your card with you, because you will need to show it in order to gain entry to the “Starkiller Base” to see Kylo!

To end your night, there may be a special showing of Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular, which is an incredible showing of projection, fireworks, and music. It's a can't-miss for Star Wars Fans. We adore it! If you need any more help planning your magical vacation, please let me know! ~Lindsey P.
