    Hi! I just spoke to a cast member online about reservations, they said I will need to call each day to make reservations, even though I'm staying on property. I'm so confused! Can you clarify this for me?? Thanks!

    Hi Haley!  I'm so sorry you are getting confusing information regarding making advance dining reservations for your Walt Disney World vacation.  The Cast Member you spoke with is incorrect.  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort,  excluding Shades of Green, Swan and Dolphin hotels, you can make advance reservations 180 days in advance of your arrival date, plus up to 10 days of reservations from that date.  While you should be able to make these reservations online at the Disney Dining website by entering your resort reservation number into My Disney Experience, there have been reports of guests not being able to do so online.  If this happens to you, call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) and speak with a Cast Member who can assist you.  

    Unfortunately, sometimes guests receive incorrect information, and I can certainly understand your confusion.  I apologize for that, and hope that you will have nothing but pixie dust with all of your planning from here on out!  Please let me know if I can answer any other questions you may have.
