Splitting our stay between 2 resorts so only having the DDP for 4 nights. Trying to figure out which restaurants, char meals to use with plan and which to pay out of pocket. Maybe CRT with DP and another 2tix TS meal? 7yo prince and 3yo princesses thanks!

    Kristin,

I have typically found that if a restaurant charges 2 table service credits for a meal, you are not getting as much bang for your buck than if you were using those two credits on two different 1-credit table service meals.

Let me give you an example:

If you went to Cinderella's Royal Table for breakfast, using 2 table service credits, the equivalent value if you paid out-of-pocket for an adult would be around $53, including taxes and tip. But if you used those two credits on a breakfast at Chef Mickey's, and a breakfast at Tusker House (both character meals), the commensurate value would be around $62. Note that in this example you would have to tip on top of it, but the math works out that you are getting more for your credits.

So I would suggest you spread those credits out as much as you can. Remember that you can use your credits all the way up to midnight on the day you check out of your resort where the plan applied, so you have that entire day to use them.

Write me back if you want to ask about other specific restaurant suggestions!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
