Hi Moms! We have a split stay coming up, both on the disneyworld property. I am wondering when I can book our fast passes? Our tickets are linked to my Disney account, but are technically part of our 2nd reservation, which was booked by a travel agent. TIA

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Cheryl! What a magical vacation you have coming up. I know you’re eager as can be to make your FastPass+ reservations for your trip. Without knowing too much about what packages or a la carte offerings you’ve made, I’ll try to answer your question.

If you booked a room and tickets independently, then you should be able to make your FastPass+ reservations 60 days ahead of your first hotel room stay. However, if the tickets are linked to your second room reservation and were part of a Magic Your Way Package, certain rules apply. You’ll need to wait until 60 days before that second reservation check-in day to log onto My Disney Experience and make your FP+ reservations. That’s when your window will open. Now, technology can be a funny thing, so I still urge you to mark your calendar for 60 days ahead of your departure, just to make sure that you can’t create any FP+ reservations. I can’t tell for sure, but it’s worth the extra cup of coffee in the morning to try and see what’s available. You should also have your Travel Agent be able to make these FP+ for you at no charge. My TA does it for me all the time, which is a godsend in the morning when I’m ushering my little ones off to school in the morning bustle.

If I can help you arrange other plans for your pixie dusted travel, please let me know. May the Force be with you! ~ Lindsey P.
