How do I split up my party at same restuarant for two different tables??

Hi Mary Beth! There are so many great choices when deciding on Disney Dining. Some restaurants are simply not set up for large groups to be seated at one table so larger families will find themselves at two or even three tables.

We actually love this in our family. We take along simple name tags and as soon as we check in and know the seating arrangement we have one person draw names for each table. That allows us to sit with new people at every meal and it doesn't matter if they are children or adults. Families are often split up for a meal or two making it great getting to know cousins or aunts or uncles.

When groups insist on one table it is really not necessary as you will never even speak to the others at the opposite end of the larger table. Breaking up into two tables will allow you to have conversation with more people. Try drawing names...it is fun and a great way to get to know the group or family members.
