Is there a splash pad inside Animal Kingdom for a 2 year old?

    Hello Helen!

Your trip is just around the river bend!  Are you too excited to sleep already?  I have a trip coming up in about a week and I am bouncing around my house like Tigger with excitement.  I hope you have a lovely trip.

I am assuming you are asking about a splash pad at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.   Unfortunately there is not a splash pad at this park.   Splash pads can be found in Epcot on the main path between Future World and World Showcase, and at Magic Kingdom.  My kids love jumping in these splashtastic water playgrounds on a hot day.

Magic Kingdom is home to the other splash pad inside a theme park.   This is the Casey Jr. Splash 'N' Soak Station.  This water play area is located in Storybook Circus near the train station.   I find this a great area for parents to rest tired feet, while little ones cool off in the fun water fountains and sprayers.  I do encourage you to bring along a bathing suit for your little one and a towel.  They get quite soaked and it may be uncomfortable to walk around the park after getting wet.   Be sure to also bring a plastic bag to store your wet clothes in.

I hope this has helped.  If you have any other questions about traveling to The Most Magical Place on Earth, please visit us again.  We love to lend a helping hand every chance we get.
