Is Spirit Airlines a part of the Resort airline check-in. We will be staying at the Cabins in Fort Wilderness. We used this service last year with Southwest Airlines and it was really nice not having to take our luggage to the airport.

    Hi Cheryl!

Disney’s Resort Airline Check-In Service is such a great offering to the guests. I fly Southwest all of the time and using this makes traveling to and from the airports so easy and uncomplicated.

Unfortunately, Spirit Airlines is not included in the list of airlines that have an agreement with Disney to provide this service. This can change but at this time you would need to take your luggage with you when departing.

I hope you will love the Fort Wilderness cabins as much as my family does. It is one of the most peaceful and relaxing resorts on property. After spending busy days in the parks it is nice to return to your own “home” instead of just a room in a busy resort. There is so much to see and do at Fort Wilderness you can easily spend a non park day there and never get bored!
