We will spending 1 night in Disney world (11/10/2012) before we go on a Disney cruise. We will be arriving around 10:00 am. We will have a 4 yr old and a 4 month old. With check-in usually at 4:00 pm, what can we do to rest or have the 4 month nap?

    Hi, John!

When you arrive you should certainly let the Cast Member know at check-in that you have particular needs for your infant. More often than not, the Cast member will do his/her best to find you a room that has already been cleaned and made up for incoming Guests and is ready for occupancy.

November weather in central Florida is usually beautiful, and it's likely that you'll find sitting outside poolside to be a very peaceful start to your vacation. Since the pools are heated, you could even consider taking the four-year-old for a dip while another grown-up relaxes with the baby.

Consider leaving your luggage with Bell Services and taking a ride along the monorail route. A couple of turns around the property is a lovely way to take in some sights and relaxing along the way. You could also take advantage of a boat ride along the Sassagoula River (running between Downtown Disney and the Port Orleans Resorts), a Friendship Boat from BoardWalk Inn around the lake, or the water launch from Wilderness lodge to Magic Kingdom and back.

If you'd like, please drop me a line and let me know if you are planning on the Parks that day, or in what Resort class you will be staying; that will allow me to tailor some more specific suggestions to your traveling party.

I hope to hear from you!

    See you later, celebrator,
