Hi there, Kristen! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
What a fun and exciting day to visit the Disneyland Resort. So many magical memories are in store as you celebrate your daughter's birthday and the 62nd anniversary of the Happiest Place on Earth! With your ticket vouchers, you can head directly to the gates where your vouchers will be exchanged for standard paper tickets. Since it might be a rather busy day at the parks, I suggest showing up at least an hour before park opening. Also, the first place you should head to when Disneyland Park opens is the FASTPASS distribution machines for
Fantasmic! which is returning that night after a year-and-a-half hiatus!
Then you can spend the day riding all your daughter's favorite attractions. You might also consider booking a special meal at one of the Disneyland Resort's signature restaurants like Blue Bayou Restaurant. You can also have a
custom birthday cake delivered to your table.
If you really want to go all out for this trip, you might consider a
VIP Tour Guide for the day. This truly VIP experience includes expedited access to attractions, character meets, shows, and even VIP viewing for nighttime entertainment. This is definitely something I hope to check off my bucket list some day!
Wishing your daughter a very happy early birthday and I hope you both have a fabulous visit!
