We are spending a day at EPCOT and trying to plan out our fast passes for the frozen ride but I am confused as to why future world and the world pavilion open at 2 different times. Can you please explain?

    Hi, Jenny!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

For many years, Epcot has scheduled 2 different opening dates for Future World and World Showcase. I'm unsure of the reason for this, but it gives you time to explore Future World before traveling the World in World Showcase.

When you begin to schedule your FastPass+ selections, and you plan to enter Epcot at Rope Drop or just after Future World opens, take advantage of scheduling FastPass+ choices for attractions such as Mission Space, Character Spot to meet Mickey and his pals, or Spaceship Earth. Then you can make your way into World Showcase to journey through Arrendale in Norway on Frozen Ever After

Enjoy your time at Epcot! If you have more questions before your vacation, the other Moms, Dads, and I are more than excited to help you plan!

    Happy planning!
