    Ana from BC Asked

We want to spend a "free" day in Downtown Disney and after have dinner at 1900 Fare. How is the transportation to 1900? How much costs to dine @ 1900? Thanks

    Hi Ana,

There is ample free transportation to the Grand Floridian (site of 1900 Park Fare) from anywhere on Walt Disney World property. There is a bus that runs from Downtown Disney to the Floridian approximately every 20 minutes. I'd plan to leave DD about 45 minutes to an hour before your dinner reservation time.

1900 Park Fare is an all-you-care-to-eat dining experience. The buffet line has LOTS of yummy food to suit kids and adults. But the big draw at 1900 Park Fare for dinner is the characters in attendance. At dinner, you'll find Cinderella, Prince Charming, Lady Tremaine, Anastasia, and Drizella greeting guests in the dining room. The "steps" are a real hoot. Be sure to engage them in conversation about how annoying Cinderella is :-)

Prices can change, but the currently the dinner charge for 1900 Park Fare is $38.33-$42.59 for guests ages 10 and up. (There are slight seasonal variations, thus the range.) The rate for children ages 3-9 is $19.16-$21.29. Tax and a non-alcoholic beverage is included, a gratuity is not. Children under age 3 eat free. Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
