Is there special seating and line wait for those with Special need at the Fantasmic Show? My son (who has Autism) has a very hard time waiting in line for a long time. We are using the "card" for the rides, but does it work for the shows as wel

    Hi Jessica,

The Cast Members at Disney are awesome at assisting Guests with special needs whenever possible.  When you arrive at Fantasmic!, speak with one of the Cast Members to see if they can direct you to an alternate place to wait so that your son doesn't have to wait in a large crowd.  They may be able to let you enter a little later and seat you in a handicapped accessible area.  That will also allow you an easier way to leave if your son becomes too upset.

There are places to stand in the back of the theater as well that don't always fill up. You may be able to stay with your son in that area so that he isn't in the middle of a large crowd.

If your son has any comfort items (i.e., stuffed animals, iPod, etc.), you may want to bring one with you.  You may find it very helpful throughout the day.

If you've never seen Fantasmic!, there are parts that are loud and may be a little intense for your son (or any other smaller children).  It also involves fireworks which may frighten some children. In case this happens and you need to leave with your son, I'd pick out a place to meet up with the other members of your party after the performance.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
