    Marilee from CA Asked

Can a Southern California resident buy a Southern California select annual passport as a gift for someone that lives in California but no longer lives in Southern California?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marilee. I hope you're having a splendid week so far.

The Disneyland Resort Southern California Annual Passport and the Disney Southern California Select Annual Passport are great, affordable ways for SoCal residents to enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth. In order to use the Annual Passport, the Passholder will first need to activate it at the entrance and have his or her photo taken to link with the Annual Passport. The Passholder will need to present a photo ID showing a Southern California address with zip codes between 90000 and 93599 in order to activate one of the Southern California Annual Passports. Unless the person you're gifting the Annual Passport to has a photo ID that shows a Southern California address, he or she will be asked to upgrade to a different Annual Pass tier.

I hope this information is helpful for you, Marilee. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
