    Hi, we are from South Africa and booked tickets online. Our email confirmation does not include our will call number. where do we get this number so we can link our tickets to our My Disney Experience app and book Fast Passes? Thank you

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    I’ve ordered Theme Park Tickets before, and linking them to your My Disney Experience account couldn’t be simpler. You don’t have a separate “will call” number for picking up your tickets: the number in the title of your email purchase confirmation is all you need! Based on my experience, you can use that number to link the ticket(s) you’ve purchased to each individual person who will be using them via your My Disney Experience account. You should then be good to go for making your FastPass+ selections when your selection window opens up either 30 days before your visit, or 60 days before your arrival if you’re staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

    If that doesn’t work, please contact Walt Disney World Resort for further assistance. There's a special line dedicated to My Disney Experience issues. They’ll be happy to help!
