Hello! And sorry for my bad English first. I come in April from Belgium to stay 7 days in wdw. I want to use the Disney magical express from airport to my resort. I have no reservations for this service. So is it possible to use it anyway ? Thank you

    Hello, Valery,

Thank you for your question. Disney's Magical Express is such a convenient and easy way to travel to and from the Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World resorts. In fact, my family and I rely entirely on Disney transportation rather than renting a car. We love that it is not only convenient, but it also costs us nothing aside from an optional tip for the driver.

As an international guest, you are welcome to use Disney's Magical Express if you are flying into the Orlando International Airport and have a Walt Disney World resort reservation. To make a Magical Express reservation, you will want your travel agent or tour operator to make the reservation for you.

Then when you arrive at the Orlando International Airport, you will need to claim your luggage and follow the US Customs and Border Protection process. Once completed, you can go next to the Disney's Magical Express Welcome Center located at Side B, Level 1, Ground Transportation.

There are some additional guidelines and an explanation for the option to have Disney deliver your luggage included in the above hyperlink if you'd like to pursue that.

I hope this answers your question. Please let us know if it doesn't or if you have any further questions.

    Have a magical trip!  -Kara
