The Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom attraction looks really nice! I just don't know if the ride consists of defeating multiple Disney villains throughout multiple lands of the park or just one villain in one land. Will you please tell me?

    Hi, Joshua!

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question! The Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom is an in-Park interactive experience where you can join forces with Merlin to defeat Disney Villains who are scheming to take over Magic Kingdom Park. You'll use a map to search for villain hideouts throughout the Park, visit magic portals and use magic spell cards to foil each villain’s plan. There is a great article on the Disney Parks Blog with Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom Tips & Secrets that you will find very informative!

When you enter Magic Kingdom Park, stop by the Fire Station located just beyond City Hall on Main Street, U.S.A. to pick up your key, your map, and your first set of cards. The Cast Members have a station set up where they will give you a tutorial on how to play too. They'll even let you try your hand at casting a few practice spells! Be sure to stop by each day of your vacation [if you can] to get a new set of cards per family member. My family just loves to collect all the cards, we purchased a tiny binder to organize them so we can trade with other Guests while we're playing. It's so much fun! You can purchase a Spell Card Binder right at the Emporium or Uptown Jewelers on Main Street, U.S.A.; Sir Mickey’s in Fantasyland; or Frontier Trading Post in Frontierland.

I hope that you and your family have a ton of fun playing Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom on your next visit to Walt Disney World!

    Have a Pixie Dusted day!
