My son's favorite ride, Rockin Roller Coaster, is not showing up as an option to choose for the fast pass+ with our magic bands. Is there a way to add it on? Thanks!

    Hi Terri,

Rock n' Roller Coaster is part of the FastPass+ program. There are two possible explanations for why it's not showing up as part of your selection process:

    1. The ride may be down on the day you're visiting. If an attraction is scheduled for repairs or maintenance on a particular day, then it will not be available as a FP+ selection to guests at that time.

    2. You've already chosen a FP+ attraction that has impacted another selection.

I don't know of any upcoming R&R refurbishments, so it's likely you're in situation #2. Let me explain ...

At Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, the attractions are placed into two groups (let's call them A and B). You can make 3 FP+ reservations at each park, but at Epcot and DHS, you can only do this by selecting 1 FP+ from group A and 2 FP+ from group B. Rock n' Roller Coaster falls into group A at DHS. The other group A attractions are currently Beauty and the Beast, Fantasmic, and Toy Story Mania. If you've already selected Toy Story Mania for a FP+, for example, then you will not also be able to select Rock n' Roller Coaster. My guess is that this is your issue. To be able to add R&R, you'll have to deselect another attraction.

You should know that FP+ is still in a testing period, so it's possible that this arrangement might change. You should periodically check back to make sure that your options don't change in the weeks leading up to your trip.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know what else we can do to help.
