My son's 3d birthday is December, 2. I want to celebrate this day at Magic Kingdom. I want to visit only this park. So, do I need to buy ticket for him?

Hello Iryna, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

What a special day you have planned for your little guy's big day. We love spending birthdays at the Walt Disney World Resort. This mama has even been known to channel my inner 10-year-old and hit the Theme Parks for my own birthdays.

Current admission for the Magic Kingdom Park is free for children 2 and younger, so you will need to buy a ticket for your new "big boy" 3-year-old. He will fall under the children 3-9 category, which is less than adult single-day admission.

I hope this helps you plan your son's Disney birthday, Iryna. Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
