My son (turning 5 on our trip) and I have narcolepsy and I'm wondering the options available to us in the parks. Can we utilize the baby care centers or nurse stations if we need to recharge? Any other considerations that we could take advantage of?

    Welcome, Emily!

I am so happy that you have brought this great question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I hope that you continue to visit us with all of your Disney Parks planning questions!

You can absolutely use the fantastic Baby Care Centers and First Aid centers at Walt Disney World Resort to relax, recharge and refresh! You may also consider looking into a Disability Access Service Card (DAS Card) for you and your son. The DAS Card is designed to accommodate Guests who are not able to wait in a conventional queue due to a disability (including non-apparent disabilities).

Emily, below I have listed the Baby Care Center and First Aid locations at all four Walt Disney World Theme Parks. I hope this helps!

    Baby Care Center/First Aid locations:

         • Magic Kingdom- Off of Main Street, U.S.A., close to Casey’s Corner and The Crystal Palace.

         • Epcot- In the Odyssey Center, close to Test Track and Mexico.

         • Disney’s Hollywood Studios- Inside of Guest Relations close to the main entrance of the Park.

         • Disney’s Animal Kingdom- To the left of the Tree of Life, before the bridge that crosses into Africa.

I wish you and your son an unforgettable and magical vacation. Please visit us again if you have any more questions!
