HI, My son will be turning 11 on July 11 in 2011 and we will be spending this birthday at wdw - what can I do to make it special?

    Hi Tracy!

Wow it is really awesome that your son will be celebrating his 11th Birthday at Walt Disney World!  Walt Disney World is the best place in the whole wide world to celebrate your Birthday!

To make your son's Birthday special you can pick up a free Birthday Button at guest relations for him to wear all day on his Birthday.  If you are dining at any table service restaurants that day, inform your server that it is his Birthday and you may receive something special during dinner such as a song or a dessert.

For an extra special surprise, you can have a Dream Maker from Disney Floral and Gifts create an In Room Celebration for your son that he will remember for years to come. For example, one of the In Room Celebrations is called the Mickey Mouse and Pals Birthday Bash and includes a separate gift box from each of the Fab Five (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto) full of presents that will help to celebrate your son's Birthday.  The most amazing part is that this package will be set up in your room while you are away enjoying the Parks and when you return in the evening your son will be extremely surprised when he opens the door to your room.

I hope that your son has a magical Birthday at Walt Disney World!
